Koch sterilizer with automatic levelcontroller, coverlock and, as an option, automatic controlled cover. The electronic controller is located in a separate switchboard.

Mojonnier equipment, the Moplant
Explosionproof according to VDE and 0165 and 0171 standards and according to European standards. Complete apparatus entirely newly designed by us for the determination of both butter, fat and total solids in milk and diary products according to the Mojonnier-process.The weight-analytical extraction method according to Röse-Gottlieb and also according to Schmid-Bondzijnski, that has to be used, is due to its high certainty and accuracy (better than 0,02 %) still the obvious and not to be improved resource for science and research, as well as for reference, when other (more uncertain and less accurate) apparatuses and methods have to be checked.

The well-known extractionmethod with the original laboratory equipment takes a lot of time and is complicated. Our new SMT-MOPLANT simplifies and rationalises the whole process and is time-saving, taking into account that all necessary activities like: dissolving, extracting, centrifugating, pouring off, evaporating, drying, cooling and weighing can be performed in one place and within the reach and not to forget: Explosionproof.

















Frost- defrostsimulator

This frost-defrost simulator is a combination of a waterbath with defrost temperature up to 30 °C and a freezer to - 20 °C. Complete automatic cycles between frost and defrost can be programmed with the proces-controller according to tests-profiles. Monitoring with the PC, is possible.

The image shows a 300 liter frost-defrost simulator, but other dimensions according to customers specifications is possible.

Together with the hot-air sterilizers several drive-in trolleys can be delivered according to the customers specifications.

Hot-air Sterilizer

Hot-air Sterilizer

This sterilizer is designed to be built-in between a clean room and non clean room. Processcontroller with drying and sterilizing process is built-in at the front side. Continu overpressure of at least 40 Pa is during the process present.

Process:
Drying at 110 °C during a certain time with inlet- and outletvalves opened. Air intake is through the Hepa filter. After this time, sterilizing at 180 °C, c.q. required sterilizing temperature, or higher with all valves closed during a sterilizing time. Sterilizing begins when temperature in the objects has reached the required sterilization temperature. After this sterilizing time inlet and outletvalves, inlet- and outletair through Hepa-filters, opens to cool down. When the cooldown temperature of 50 °C has reached all the valves will be closed.

During the whole process, all the doors are locked. Only when the process has run through correctly after checking the temperature registration, the doors at the clean room side can be opened. The doors at the non clean room side remains locked. After removing the trolleys and closing the doors at the clean room side, the doors at the non clean room side opens. In case of failure the process will be shut down.

For general purpose we deliver the Models MKK 600-1500 with pogramcontroller to simulated temperature cycles.
By example for determination of frost resistance of concrete paving blocks and other concrete specimens. The time-temperature cycle is 24 Hrs and can repeated several times.
With the program-controller several temperature profiles between -20 and +25 °C can be stored and executed, even cycles different from 24 Hrs.

Thermoshock-cabinets and chests are availbale in extreme temperatures between  -30 to +140 °C, According to customer requirements.

This gradient table is suitable to place 200 pads in 10 rows. Each row has a constant and comparing to the other rows a different temperature. The average temperature of each row is fromed by a proportional differency between the first and the last row, both controlled by electronic controllers. Each temperature controller has his own heat-cool system. From each row the temperature is measured and observed at all times.

This germination system, known by the name of "Copenhagen table" or "Jakobson table" can provide a controlled environment for the seeds to be tested. This environment is achieved by providing the seeds with a constant temperature and an accurately controlled moisture level, all the seed samples receiving the same treatment.

Construction:

The test bed consists of a number of glass strips in parallel above a waterreservoir. Between the strips there are grooves which provide access to the waterreservoir. The whole construction is made out of stainless steel 304. The base of the table is a stainless steel frame. Within this frame a compartment is provided in which the temperature controlsystem, the waterbath with heatingelement and the circulation- pump is located. The water in the reservoir circulate through this waterbath where the temperature of the water is controlled by an electronic digital temperature controller. This will give an accurately water temperature.

Beter bekend als de Jacobson-tafel fabriceren wij deze kiemtafel.

Het principe berust op een horizontaal test oppervlakte met daaronder een waterbak. Het testoppervlakte bestaat uit 10 lange kokerbalken waardoor water gecirculeerd wordt. Dit water wordt op de ingestelde temperatuur gebracht. De ronde kiemviltjes worden op de vlakke kokerbalken geplaatst met een water opzuigstrook tussen de kokerbalken welke in de waterbak uitkomt. Door het afdekken met "kiemklokjes" is een microklimaat gecreëerd onder ideale omstandigheid. Boven het totale test oppervlakte is verlichting aangebracht. Ook hier is een dag- en nachtsimulatie standaard voor temperatuur en licht.

These "wet"germination cabinets are designed for the germination research of seeds. This model is a standard in seedlaboratories and in use by a lot of seedsuppliers and also by certification institutes.

The humidity is maintained by a constant watercurtain on both sides. The water is temperature controlled and continuously circulating through a heatexchanger. On both sides behind an insulated glass window illumination is controlled by a day- nightcycle timer and also is the temperature controlled by a second independent day-night cycle timer.

These large germination- and climatecabinets are standard manufactured in high quality stainless steel. The temperature range goes from 2 up to 45°C with an accuracy better than +1 °C. The stainless steel adjustable plates can be easily removed. The temperature regulation works with a highly precise digital regulator with numeric read-outs of programmed and measured temperature. The thermostat safety-controller limits the maximum temperature in case of technical failure.

Both sides of the climate testcabinet is equipped with 6, total 12 pieces,  36 Watt Tubing –lamps mounted behind isotherme glasswindows. In combination with the white reflected inside, this will give a high lightintensity resulting in an ideal germination and growth climate. Temperature, illumination and the optional humidity is programmable in a day- night cycle.

The 4 wheels are standard.
